The main thing to remember about signing contracts is that whilst a lot of contracts may seem the same, contracts are different if you’re buying house and land, if you’re buying land only, if you’re buying an apartment.

They also vary depending on the state you are in, every developer and every seller has a different kind of contract.

The key things do stay the same in the contracts so you will get used to them but never be scared to ask for help, or get someone to run you through the contract so you can understand what the ramifications are.
